Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Outwood is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Outwood, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to decline to supply medication if, in the professional judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, treatment is not appropriate or safe for you.
All prescription medicines dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered UK prescriber. Our prescribers will review your consultation responses and medical history before issuing any prescription.
We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical review. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in serious harm to your health and may constitute a criminal offence. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe information has been falsified.
Prescriptions are issued solely for your personal use. You must not share or transfer medicines to any other person.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or is found to be fraudulent, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to courier availability and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather or carrier delays.
Medicines are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to protect your privacy. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive your delivery or that a secure delivery arrangement is in place.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for legal and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. Information provided through our platform is for guidance purposes only. If you experience any side effects, adverse reactions, or medical emergencies, you should seek immediate medical attention by contacting your GP, calling NHS 111, or in an emergency, calling 999.
We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted during your consultation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
